Accessibility Statement
Initial Date: 2 March 2025 - Updated: 23 July 2026
At OutSec Legal, we are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an inclusive experience and continually improve our digital accessibility in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
We are currently striving to make our website more accessible.
What We Have Done So Far
-
We have enabled AccessiYes. This is an accessibility widget that enables website visitors to customise their experience on our website site. It includes tools like text resizing, contrast adjustments, link highlighting, motion reduction, and dyslexia-friendly fonts, designed to support users with visual, cognitive, or motor impairments;
-
Ensuring text is easy to read with appropriate colour contrast;
-
Have tried to improve the design so it works better across devices;
-
Writing content in plain, accessible English;
-
Providing alternative text for images.
Known Limitations
While we strive to make the entire site accessible, we know that some areas still need improvement:
-
We are looking for an alternative subscribers form which appears on a couple of pages throughout the site;
-
Form fields do not yet have programmatically associated labels as of yet;
-
Some links and buttons are not as descriptive as they could be for screen readers;
-
ARIA landmarks are not yet fully implemented.
