Outside of my children, it's OutSec, the company I founded in 2002 whilst living in rural Norfolk.

Struggling to make ends meet I heard about digital recorders and, with the internet in its infancy, I saw an opportunity to start an online transcription company and have never looked back!

That was 18 years ago and has resulted in today's brand success.

That together with my technological expertise, has enabled me to bring significant change to those firms I have worked with either in the public or private sectors.
